DecoNooks provides interior decorating and design services, including consultations, mood boards, layouts, sourcing lists, and optional installation coordination. Submitting a lead form is a request for information and does not create a binding contract until we both agree on a written project scope and price.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting estimates and may vary based on the scope, materials, and location of your project. A final, itemized quote will be provided before any work begins. Furniture, materials, and third-party products are not included unless stated.

3. Bookings & Payment

• A consultation or deposit may be required to secure your project slot.
• Payment terms will be set out in your project agreement.
• All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Satisfaction Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, measurements, and access needed to deliver the service.
• Ensure you own or have permission to alter the space being designed.
• Make timely decisions and payments to keep the project on schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, mood boards, drawings, and content we create remain the intellectual property of DecoNooks until full payment is received, after which you receive a license to use the deliverables for your own home. Website content, logos, and branding may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Design is subjective. We make every effort to reflect your taste and needs, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, availability of third-party products, or contractor results. Our services are advisory unless an installation contract is signed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecoNooks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
